How do I start as a creator?
Visit the account page and select “Apply to become a creator?” when registering to submit a creator application. Follow the account instructions; submitting an application does not guarantee immediate approval. For a general community account, use general registration.
Are payment processing fees included in the 5% commission?
No. The Esploras platform commission is 5% per sale. Stripe processing fees are separate and depend on your account and transaction.
Do subscriber-only posts count towards my product limit?
No. The Free plan supports up to 150 product listings for digital offers, including memberships and online services. Subscriber-only timeline posts for active subscribers do not use product capacity.
When will a Stripe payment reach my bank?
Payments use Stripe Connect. Bank deposit timing depends on your Stripe account, payout settings and bank; a connected account does not guarantee an instant bank deposit.
